Returns

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  All we ask is that your returns be in new condition, unused with all tags and have the original packaging intact. 

 

Ready to start a return? Contact us at info@evocsports.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where you can send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that you may select the carrier of your choice to return the products back. All related fees have to be defrayed by the consumer.

We’ll notify you once the order has been inspected and approved.  Once approved, you’ll receive an automatic refund on your original payment method.  Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank to process the refund to your account.

*A restocking fee of at least 15% will be deducted from the refund for all returns of used or incomplete items that evocsports.ca can’t resell as a new item.
