Order processing

Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your confirmation number and tracking number.  Please note there may be potential shipping delays during the holidays.

Shipping 

We provide FREE GROUND SHIPPING for orders over $150 within Canada. All other orders will have a $20 flat rate ground shipping fee.

*Evocsports.ca typically uses Canada Post ground shipping for all orders. Evocsports.ca reserves the right to use the carrier of our choice. We currently do not offer delivery services to PO boxes.

Shipping damages

If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, such as damage to a product, please contact us info@evocsports.ca. Please notify us within 7 days of the shipping date to receive a replacement or refund.
